About This Trip

The Northern Circuit is Mount Kilimanjaro’s longest, most remote, and most scenic route—widely considered the ultimate way to summit Africa’s tallest mountain. With nine days on the mountain, climbers benefit from unmatched acclimatization and panoramic views from every angle, along with quiet trails that wind through alpine deserts, deep valleys, and untouched northern slopes few ever see.

This expertly luxury Kilimanjaro trek guided journey offers a more intimate Kilimanjaro experience, with fewer crowds and greater summit success rates. Starting on the western side of the mountain, you’ll traverse the spectacular Shira Plateau, pass below the glaciers of Kibo, and circle around the lesser-traveled north flank before launching a final ascent to Uhuru Peak—19,341 feet above sea level.

With over 10 years of Kilimanjaro expertise, our certified guides, trained mountain chefs, and KPAP-supported porter team ensure you enjoy not only safety and success, but also comfort and camaraderie throughout the journey.
