Web guide about beachs holidays and African safaris
Please remember that I am an African wildlife photographer and not a tour or ground operator. However my extensive experience in these regions enables me to advise you on the best tour and ground operators - those who live in the area, who will take care of you best and for the best prices.
Safaris are very expensive! This is why I recommend directly contacting local tour operators who live on site in Africa; they alone know the tours really well (they are at home).
The best option
Using my advice you choose a local tour operator, a professional (who speak and write English) who lives on site in Africa, a member of the association that monitors tours operators , i.e. TATO (Tanzania association of tour operators) for Tanzania and KATO (Kenya association of tour operators) for Kenya. These agencies that I recommend have vast safari experience, climbed Kilimanjaro, Masai etc. - sometimes for 30 years. Feel free to ask me about my ground operators !TANZANIA PARKS and RESERVES
So you want to see animals and beautiful countryside?
Below is a list of a large number of Tanzania's parks and reserves, with comments for each one. Given that the choice of park is made depending on its location, the season, weather and the region's characteristics, I did not want to put lots of text that would not be read, but rather I wanted to meet your needs according to your choices of time and place. I await your messages giving me your planned , or desired arrival date, your holiday dates, number of people in your party and an idea of your budget. With this information, I will send you a truly wonderful itinerary.
As for the Safaris - wow! Pricey! However, I've found a good-value formula, depending on a lot of things and what you want.
Ask-me. In any case, I have contacts for you with the best quality/price deal!

Tanzania has more than a dozen national parks

You will not find Selous park, for many reasons
Animal hunting area, it is too hot (even at night), it is too expensive etc. For far less money, it is better to go to Mikumi
then Ruaha which I find the most peaceful, beautiful and least expensive of Tanzanian parks.
This is obviously a very personal opinion but sensible all the same :o)

Serengeti National Park
Serengeti national park : The biggest park in Tanzania (14,750 km²) provides very
beautiful scenery of plains stretching as far as the eye can see, and very varied wildlife
Here you can also see the world's largest herd of gnus, and the "great migration".

This is what I do not like to see in Serengeti park!
The grat migration of Gnus
Here you can also see the world's largest herd of gnus, and the "great migration".
The great migration = 2.000.000 of gnus and 300.000 zebras
It is a little bit difficult for me to see hundreds of corpses of gnus
which go down the river and it smells bad.
